In the old Vadbinderiet facility in Dyrön's northern harbour, you will find Trålverket. An archipelagic bistro for the whole family.
We focus on quality, take good care to use the best ingredients and to care for the environment in which we operate.
We mostly work with Swedish ingredients, preferably local and locally produced, fish & shellfish are what we love the most.
At Trålverket, we can accommodate 70 guests seated inside and, weather permitting, we have more than 100 seats outside.
We are Tobias and Johanna and have been running Trålverket since 2019..15 years ago, we met on the very premises where we are now running a restaurant. Since then, we have done a lot of different things, but food and restaurants have always been a constant.
We are happy to arrange parties, weddings and similar events where you alone set the limits, (up to 70 seats inside), please contact us if you would like to know more.
Bring your friends or your team from work, and go for a hike along the beautiful trail on the island. Round off your hike with a sauna bath, and finish with lunch or dinner with us.
To reach us, you can either take a passenger ferry from Rönnängs Brygga, which takes 10-20 minutes, or if you would like to travel from somewhere else, we work closely with Gunnars Båtturer, who will take you to us from pretty much any accessible pier.

Trålverket is open from April – December and the opening hours vary throughout the year.
